PRIVATE INVESTORS
Time horizons for the term of investment are often many years. Minimum investment amounts are greater than $150,000 per investor. Investment risks are presented to each investor who then needs to make a decision whether or not to invest. As a result, our private investors need to be familiar with making business decisions and not require the capital invested for daily commitments. Further, any investment should only represent part of a diversified investment portfolio.
The best investment opportunities require flexibility and timeliness when negotiating the investment terms. The effort required from investors to assess an investment at the time of commitment, can be substantial. Such understanding makes possible a confident investment decision and an efficient execution of the investment terms. This process should be something our investors enjoy and are comfortable with.
INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS
Our current group of institutional investors typically place capital once an investment is developed or a strategy has been executed. Early stage investing from this group is welcome but historically has been used as a means to increase the returns to our private investor groups.
